MSLA Region: Metrowest
Our first meeting -- finally!
Many thanks to everyone who joined us at the Barnes and Noble in Framingham. It was a very pleasant way to hear about the newest award winning titles. Suzanne Hamel and Sarah Hewitt presented their commentaries and the audience also shared ideas and experiences with titles. Information was presented about the author visits and book fairs offered by Barnes and Noble. All in all, it was a fun time!
Then in March, we had the pleasure of joining the Northeast area for an awesome program on Comics and Graphic novels. Thanks, Barbara and Laura! We'll do this again!
Plans are underway to offer a springtime meeting with Carolyn Jacobsen about the PBS Learning. Stay tuned for more details.
Meanwhile, plan to come to the MSLA Conference! We'll see you there!
