Register now for the 2025 MSLA Conference - New MSLA site - register here  NOTE: EARLY BIRD Rates thru 1/31
Sunday March 2 and Monday March 3 at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood—within a 1.5 hour drive for the vast majority of our members, and accessible by public transit.

As it’s our 50th anniversary, we’re going to be celebrating in style. Registration includes a Sunday night party where we’re going to dance the night away. There will also be a more casual Saturday evening gathering. Details on both will be available soon!

Early registration and hotel discounts end January 31, so book both today to ensure you save. We’re thrilled to keep our registration prices the same as last year—no inflation at MSLA!
Check this Google Doc to see preliminary schedule details.
A few sessions and specifics are in the process of confirmation, but you can get a good idea of what you'll experience on each day.

FAQs & answers about registration:

How much does it cost?
  • Prices are the same as last year - no inflation! There are many different price points depending on membership status (so be sure your membership is current) and how many days you are attending. In addition, there are special rates for ESPs, administrators, retired, unemployed, and student attendees, as well as for presenters. Check your options carefully on this page.
How can I pay for the conference?
  • You may register using a credit card, opt to send a personal check to the MSLA at PO Box 336, Wayland, MA 01778, or register using a Purchase Order. If using a PO or paying by check, click "Invoice Me" at the end of the registration process. This generates an invoice which you forward to your school's business office, who will then send a check to the MSLA office.
May my school submit payment for my conference AFTER the conference?
  • Yes! No problem. MSLA will follow up with all unpaid invoices.
May I complete registration for a group of librarians from my school district?
  • No! Attendees MUST complete their own registrations, and please do not submit registrations on behalf of anyone else. Registration asks personal questions about dietary restrictions, other professional affiliations, and personal email addresses.
How can I book a room at a preferred rate?
  • To book rooms at our discounted MSLA group rates, you must call the hotel's reservation line (781) 769 7900, or email Lucy Finnerty ([email protected]) with your desired dates and room types. See more details here.
How can exhibitors and sponsors get more information?
  • Go to https://msla.wildapricot.org/2025Exhibitor - if you have any exhibitors you were hoping to see, please let us know!
I still have questions about registration!
  • Go to the registration website or email MSLA office manager Emily Kristofek at [email protected]

  • Exhibitors will be in the oversized reception area, right in the center of the action. We listened to your 2024 feedback, and upgraded AV, Wi-fi and larger meeting and hangout spaces were our top priorities to deliver the best conference.
